This program is designed to help attendees focus on the unique and difficult to predict aspects of the current economy, and the POSSIBLE resulting impact on the institution's balance sheet and statement of income. As a group we will discuss the specific areas where the budget could be impacted, and address how to factor those possible consequences into the organization's budget, and discuss how to work through the variances with the board. Particular attention will be paid to the impact of regulatory changes on the investment portfolio, interest rates going forward, and lending strategies.
