On a regular basis it is important to stop and spend a little time looking at the BIG PICTURE!

The environment we operate in currently has some real uncertainties. The foreseeable future will require that we not only accept change, it will mean that we INITIATE changes! Our markets will change with the aging of the “baby boomers”. The “guaranteed” safe value of long term market supported investment vehicles has been shaken and reminds us that flexibility and adaptability will be essential for survival and success going forward.

What can you do to better prepare for the future?

Please join us at the FIMAC Annual Meeting, on May 15th and 16th, 2008, at the Inverness Hotel and Conference Center, Englewood, Colorado. Our focus this year will be on exploring ways we can take a critical look at some critical fundamentals in our business, including:

• How we ensure soundness in our loan portfolios?
• How we communicate opportunities and risks to our Boards more effectively?
• How do we audit for OUR benefit?
• What tools will we need to manage better in the future?
