Data Conversion
Once the agreement is signed and returned, our specifically assigned Relationship Manager will contact the IT department to request loan, deposit, and security data files.

As these files are received, we will begin the process of writing a custom data conversion program to import this data into our Data Capture software.

Our Relationship Manager will work with your staff to interpret, translate, and group your various product codes into the most logical account structure for ALM purposes.

Training
Once the data conversion program is complete, we will schedule a web-based training focused on running our software and entering the remaining data.

We will utilize a web based training format to educate and train. We can share control of our software (running on the client’s PC) to demonstrate its use in real time.

The additional data input required includes summary financial statements, a summarized budget for non-interest items, current offered rates, and a few items necessary for capital and liquidity ratios.

Training can take as little as a few hours and our goal is to have a first dataset complete and submitted by the end of training.

The First Report
Once the first data set is submitted to the server the independent securities pricing and cash flows are electronically folded into the modeling process to the data and instructs the model to be run. This first report may take an extra day or so to complete, depending on the size and complexity of the securities portfolio that must be modeled for the first time.

Completed report will be reviewed by each client’s Relationship Manager, then posted to the client’s secure account on our website. At the same time, notification is sent by e-mail that the output report are ready. The assigned Relationship Manager will assist in downloading and printing reports from the server if needed.

Within a few days, we make a follow-up phone call to review the reports report and answer any questions.

Any changes required can be turned around in just a few hours, and we encourage our new customers to rerun their first report until they are completely comfortable with the results.

We dedicate any time necessary to help automate entry of loan, deposit, and securities information.

• Through our web-based training facility, we can train on the use of our Data Capture software, which is running on client PC’s machine, without us being there.

• We’ll make certain clients understand the results and allow rerun modeling until satisfied that it accurately reflects the interest rate risk profile.

Data Entry
When moving from one reporting period to the next, Data Capture retains historical data and account setups. This helps ensure consistency and minimizes effort.

Simply update summary financial statements for the current period, current offered rates, and a few items necessary for capital and liquidity ratios.

At any time during the data input process, the Validation Module may be run, which verifies data and creates a list of exceptions. Operators then click a Go To button that zips right to the data field in question.

Transmitting Data
Once the dataset is complete (with all Critical errors corrected), users simply click the Transmit button in Data Capture and the data is sent for processing.
